REAL School Budapest is an independent, not-for-profit international school that educates for sustainability, primarily through real-life, entrepreneurial learning. Our mission is to raise a new generation who can dream and build a more beautiful, equitable and sustainable world for themselves and for all living beings.


We invite applications from qualified teachers, holding at least a Bachelors’ degree in education (or equivalent) or a post-graduate teaching (or other relevant) qualification. 

We seek teaching assistants with a strong desire to support learners and engage with our community. Applicants must hold either a teaching qualification or an English-language qualification.

English as an Additional Language Teacher

Do you have 2 years of relevant experience teaching English as an additional language? Do you have confidence and expertise with 5- to 14-year-olds?


Your goal is to integrate students with varying English proficiency into the school’s academic and project-based learning environment, empowering them to access both the learning programme and social relationships, enabling them to attain both academic excellence and 21st-century skills.


Music Educator

Are you an experienced music educator? Would you like to foster a deep appreciation and enthusiasm for music and singing among students? Join us!

You will deliver music lessons to groups of multi-age children and integrate musical activities with the school's project-based learning approach, aligning with themes of sustainability and entrepreneurship. You will also organize and lead school music events, performances, and activities that showcase students’ talents and efforts.


Pupil supervisor (part-time)

Do you have experience in child care? Are you passionate about working with children, and capable of ensuring a safe and enriching environment?


The Part-Time Pupil Supervisor will be responsible for the care and supervision of students ranging from ages 5 to 12, from 4 to 5 p.m. during weekdays and possibly during school hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. during short and lunch breaks.
