Community and Reception Coordinator

(Part-time)

This is a refreshingly diverse position that includes a variety of front-of-house activities, back-office tasks and project management opportunities. As a proactive and positive representation of our school, you will provide a friendly, welcoming and efficient service environment to our growing community and guests. You will be working closely with our passionate and dedicated educator team, assisting students and families with their needs and helping the overall day-to-day operation of our organisation.

PBL Teacher and Homeroom Educator
(Years 6–7 / Grades 5–6)

 

The PBL Teacher is a frontline, student-focused role dedicated to the effective delivery of high-quality, real-world learning experiences. This position combines outstanding classroom instruction with a deep pedagogical focus on literacy and real-world project-based learning. The successful candidate will be a highly effective teacher responsible for delivering engaging, interdisciplinary learning experiences grounded in strong literacy instruction, social-emotional learning, and real-world application through our Dream-to-Reality (D2R) project-based and experiential learning programmes.

Science & Maths Teacher
Middle School (11-14-year-olds) - Part-Time

We are seeking an innovative Science & Maths Teacher to ignite a love for STEAM in middle years learners aged 11–14, with opportunities to work with younger years. If you enjoy experimenting with innovative instructional methods, ideating and improving progressive curricula, and making science and maths engaging in a project-based learning environment, this could be your dream role.

Tech & AI internship

Are you excited by the idea of building AI tools that change how people learn and work? Want to use your tech skills to make education smarter, fairer, and more human? REAL School Budapest is looking for a sharp, curious Tech & AI Intern to help us transform how a school runs and how young people learn. This is a paid internship for someone who wants to build, experiment, and make a real-world impact—ideal for junior full-stack developers, automation nerds, or AI enthusiasts ready to test themselves in a mission-driven environment.

Internships

An internship at REAL School Budapest is unlike your typical education internship—because we are unlike your typical school. At REAL School, we take a different approach. Instead of conventional lessons, rigid curricula, and fixed grade levels, we foster mixed-age learning communities where education is primarily project-based. We’d love for you to already be familiar with this approach! Our educators co-design meaningful projects with learners, working closely with our partners to create hands-on, locality-based, and community-engaged learning experiences that inspire curiosity and creativity.
